Just stopped here for some food and the girl in the drive threw was rude. Waited ten minutes for our order and they messed up our order plus we had cold fries. Waited even longer for them to make it right. When we walked in it was very dirty. Disappointing

Visited this Hardee’s at 6 o’clock on a Sunday evening. Ordered 4 meals, throughout ordering the man taking our order seemed very aggressive and rude. He was very short and was clearly not in a very respectful mood. We pulled up the the window, where he stated shoving the drinks out the window when he messed up on drink order he immediately got snippy almost as if he wasn’t going to make the order correct. He just held the cup out the window expecting us to accept his screw up. We were asked to pull ahead to wait... a couple minutes later we received our food, when a different employee came out we asked her who the guy working the window was. Turns out that he is the manager of the Osseo Hardees. Then upon checking our food we noticed that our food order was messed up also. Very disgusted with the service we received.
Went to this hardees after last one 15 miles back got my wife order wrong. Showed them the recite and the half warm food and they have us the replaced meal for free
8:30 pm thursday 9/14/17 wanted chickan tenders was told i couldnt have any.Lukia E was very rude. Told me they were closing at 10pm thats why i couldnt have any tenders.i wont be back
