I just had new tires installed this week. The price was less than they quoted me! When does that ever happen? The next day my wife took the car back for an alignment. They had quoted $100-$125 for the alignment. They charged us only $21. They hooked it up and found that no adjustments were needed. How I love honesty! Most places would have still charged the quoted price and I wouldn't have known what was done or not. I told a friend of mine who is a mechanic at a nearby auto repair shop in Bruce Valley. He was very happy to hear it since they usually refer clients here for tire work and alignments. Now they can do it with even more confidence.

Thank you to all the hard working honest employees at Osseo Ford!

The car was pulling a bit to the left. We took it back in for an alignment. It has about 25,000 miles since the tires were installed. They found the tires all showing excessive wear on the inside edges of all the tires, which was why they replaced them last year. They put on two used tires in better condition on the front and aligned it. There doesn't seem to be an answer yet for the weird wearing of the tires. However, they didn't charge us anything for the tires or alignment! We are greatful for the excellent customer service and concern!

Am very disappointed at this time. I have only 29,000 miles on my 2015 Escape and I have to get new tires. I am almost 80 yrs old, so it isn't due to unusual driving. I have had the tires rotated as required and balanced and kept Ford recommended pressure in them. When I called Osseo Ford, I was given no consideration of any compensation toward new tires. The tires are rated for 55,000 miles and all four tires are worn to thread bare. I understand there is only warranty up to 12,000 miles but this is certainly not due to unusual wear & tear. I am going to replace the tires, of course, but due to the lack on consideration, I will probably not do it at Osseo Ford.

Love the car and they were so nice as I bought the car. Must be just sales tactics but once you buy it you're not their problem anymore. Car is great except I left the lot with a passenger door that doesn't open. Left with 13 miles to empty. Put in almost $40 at gas station myself. Promised a gift card. I was satisfied at this and would have been fine had it been mailed out right away. A week later I was setting up a time to bring it back in to fix the door (an hour drive to get there) and was told they would fill up the car when I come in. This is when they lost me as a customer. She did not follow through with her agreement to send the card and I don't typically drive with a completely empty tank so if I drove it there for them to fill.. I'd be getting less than 1/2 of a tank. This just tells me as a customer, that once I leave the lot... service ends. I said this was not acceptable and then she mailed me a gift card. $20. Not even a word written on it, just a gift card and receipt, no I'm sorry or anything. Nothing about the inconvenience or the poor service of sending a customer out with 13 miles until empty. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a sales manager. Was told he was with a customer. I left a detailed message that I was upset and asked for a return call. The man on the phone was cold and didn't even say "I'm sorry you're upset" or anything. I never got a return call. I did receive another gift card in the mail after I let the sales lady know how upset I was. I did not open it, I will be mailing it back. I don't need the gas money, I need to feel like I'm a valued customer, or next time I'll go somewhere where I feel I am.

Update 3/14/17

Got my new 2017 Ford Escape on Friday. Got about 75 miles under my belt, and really enjoy it. After the Fusion, I was a bit concerned about handling on these Wisconsin Country roads, but no problems.

Great car. and Great people at Osseo Ford. Thanks Shannon.

Update on July 6, 2016- A couple of weeks ago, I found I had a screw in one of the new tires. My wife took the car in to have it repaired. They repaired it, then washed the car and debugged the front bumper/ hood. The tire repair was $19.95 and no charge for the wash! I would have had to pay $10 for the wash at a drive thru and not gotten it debugged. I continue to be impressed with the quality of service at Osseo Ford!

Great customer service! I told them what I was looking for, they found it, and contacted me. I ended up with a great vehicle at the right price. I will do business there again!
