Visiting the area from out of state, had malfunction indicator light come on. Called Kerry in service department and explained there was a TSB out on this problem, he ordered the part and scheduled me for the next day (Saturday). 1/2 hr and I was taken care of and out the door. Fast and freindly service!
1) When I made the appt. for the recall repair, was told I would be given a loaner vehicle so I would not have to wait as I live an hour and a half away. Ended up having to sit and wait until 4 hr. repair was finished; 2) Had them check noise in rear differential. Set-up appt. for Monday morning, drove car there Sunday night, did not get a call about car until Tuesday morning. Where was car parked all day & night? 2016 Camaro, was it outside all night? Why was I not called Monday afternoon?; 3) Specifically asked if the mechanic would be there when my husband got there to pick up the car (he left work early), as he is a mechanic also, to show him where the noise was coming from. Service Mgr. said 'yes, someone will be here until 6:00 pm'. My husband got there with plenty of time to spare before 6:00, no mechanic.

I had some vehicle problems just up the road from Nels Gunderson. Luckily I was able to make it to the dealership and they got us in a loaner lightening fast. Two days later I got a call that my vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup!
